Sadar Alam Memorial Secondary School affiliated to C.B.S.E. New Delhi is founded in 2001.  It imparts coeducation to the students from class I to XII. The syllabus of this school is based on CBSE New Delhi. This institute is being run and guided by ALP SANKHYAK VIKASH PRATISTHAN KENDRA NALANDA, a society registered from Bihar Government under the society Registration Act. 21, 1860. It is a minority High School and  it functions according to the norms of the PRATISHTAN. This institution has been named in the memory of late Sadar Alam, the founder president of PRATISTHAN and a renowned social worker of this town.

The school has been granted Affiliation from C.B.S.E. New Delhi. The affiliation no. is 330221. We provide all modern and technical skills as Video teaching, Computer, Library, Practical facilities etc to the students. The school organises Seminar, Symposiums, Science Quiz, Shishu Mela, Excursions tour etc to develop the hidden qualities of the students.

A unidirectional teaching method is being increasingly substituted by a multidirectional group workshop method.
